Originally designed by Paul Williams, "Architect to the Stars", in 1928, this historic grand residential estate rests on several rolling acres, with streams and fountains, of Pasadena hillside. The original 1920’s Spanish Colonial design ethic guided all of our Main Residence additions and interior refurbishments, our new Guest Houses, Recreational Facilities, Cabana, Changing Rooms, Wine Cellar, Spa, landscaping and water features. Coffered and beamed wood ceilings, groin vaults, arcades, Italian tile and cast concrete mantels, walnut paneling, and turned wood furnishings evoke the essence of classic local Italianate residences and estates of the era.
